sync and not syncing in Kaiten Mail

I have 2 gmail accounts and I want one to be active all the time on my phone but I want the second one not to sync to my phone most of the time. When I used the gmail client I went to settings and just turned sync on or off. Now that I started using Kaiten I cannot do that. Part of the problem is they use different terminology.

How can I have 2 accounts and toggle on/off the feature to have mail from one account come to my phone?

1. Primary Gmail Account = Use the Gmail App (Instant Push Sync)
2. Secondary Gmail Account = Use the "Mail" or "Email" App on your Phone (Set for Sync every 1 Hour)

Maybe I wasn't clear. Can I do what I want within Kaiten?
