Sync Audio Playlists to Dropbox or other cloud service?

Since I have a One X and would like to sync music to my dropbox or possibly another cloud based service to play them from can anyone tell me how I can sync playlists in iTunes to my dropbox so I can stream them to my phone? I have tryed google music and its wonky at best and often does not see my itunes playlists.

There has to be a better option
