sync Chrom bookmarks with stock ICS browser

Anyone know what to add back into a desensed rom to get the stock browser to sync it's bookmarks with chrome? On some of the older ones, CR dev edition, etc, I just sideloaded the chrombookmarkssync.apk and it would work, but on some of the newer ones, NeoMax in particular, it says Application not installed after I try in Es. It seems like something else is missing, but I'm not sure what.

All my bookmarks are in the "google cloud"...have been since they started that initiative on Chrome(desktop version).

So are mine, but when you go to accounts, and click on google, there should be one for browser, and some of the guys are pretty aggressive at debloating, and delete the apk to sync them. On some roms, putting that chromebookmarksynk.apk back in will do it, but some, neo's included, take something else out, and I'm not smart enough to fix it.

It's not a deal breaker, I got on the computer and saved the html file with all the bookmarks and xscope will load them up and then put them in stock browser. I can't even get acknowledges over on Satan's site. Scott had the same problem on his dev edition, but fixed it right away, and I never heard what the fix was.
