Sync dashcam with NAS box using Android device?

I find it using smartphone/tablet as dashcam in a car a bit of a nuisance. It needs to be plugged in to power, have to hide it from the sun's heat, have to take it in and out all the time not to get it stolen. I've just got standalone dashcam, set it up and leave it run until I need the footage.
But the problem I'd like to solve is how to sync dashcam video data with my NAS box automatically as soon as my home wifi is in range. Is there a way to setup an Android device (doesn't have to be a smartphone) that would connect the dashcam to the NAS box? There are mini-B type USB and mini-C type HDMI connector sockets in the dashcam. How to manage power supply? Any ideas?

Hmm I see a few issues and more information is needed. Firstly this cannot work automatically when in range of wifi. Secondly you have to attach the dash cam to the network somehow and we don't know the purpose of the connectors. You would need power to the android device as wifi drains the battery fairly quickly. Aren't NHS streaming devices as opposed to receivers? Don't these dash cams have removable storage (Sd cards)?
