Hey guys...just wanted to alert you to this. Last night, my Rezzy came up with an an error in the Accounts and Sync settings screen that read "Sync is experiencing problems. It will be back shortly." The only way to get out of the screen then is to force close. It will drain your battery and cause the phone to potentially overheat. The only way to solve the problem based on Verizon's assistance was to Factory Reset the phone.
So beware and act accordingly.
I know this particular error has occurred on other phone models and there are fixes (trust me I searched around before I called VZW). However, doing the factory reset was the only way to permanently get rid of the problem.
I hope this helps anyone who encounters the same issue. As of right now, VZW is telling me that I'm the only one to have called in stating this particular problem.
