Sync is currently experiencing problems

Dear Friends
Recently when I add a new contact to my phone under my google account it vanishes. When I check my account and Sync Setting my contacts sync is on but there is a massage which says "Sync is currently experiencing problems". Do you have any idea that what should I do?

Well, what you can do is try going to the accounts and sync and remove the account which shows Sync is currently experiencing problem, then again add the same account which you have removed it will get back to working !
