Sync issues with Exchange Server?

I was using Exchange 2010 just fine until the last update. Since then I have random sync failures. Sometimes email, calendar and contacts all fail. Other times one or two fail. But I have the sync widget on my home page and usually hitting it solves the problem. Sometimes it takes a few times. One the the little annoyances of the Tbolt.
