Hi all!

I work for a company which is soon to release a piece of software that allows you to sync all of your e-mail, calendar, contacts, to-do and notes. This is between Lotus Notes AND Microsoft Exchange (though not converged, they are separate apps :) )

You will be able to:

read your email

compose new emails

view your calendar

create appointments

access your contacts

make calls from your contact list

read/edit your tasks

read/edit your notes

We think this is pretty exciting as so far we haven't found anything out there that can do all of this. How many of you would be interested in such an app? Also, for those of you with solutions already, what do you use and why?

Thanks :D:D:D

If this helps me bypass the whole BES thing in the Blackberry world...I'm in, I'll get the Droid. and dump my Storm.

Yes, you would not need any additional architecture like BES. You can sync via USB or 3G/UTMS/EDGE etc... straight from the device.

I will post back when I have more info about release dates.

Currently using Touchdown cuz for some reason or another connecting through Activesync on my Hero, I can't send emails out through the exchange account...

If it syncs Exchange via USB, and keeps things separate from Google calendar, I'll buy a dozen.

If it syncs Lotus notes 8.5 either thru USB or thru Bluetooth, count me in as a customer.

To be clear, this would be a 'Real Time' Sync or we would have to do it manually with a USB cable? I'm very interested with Lotus Notes mail . CompanionLink Syncs with Gmail but I think only contacts and calendar data from Outlook or Lotus Notes. I basically am looking for my PC to synch data over to my phone wireless no matter where I am.

Thanks for all the feedback!

Yes, you can sync exchange or lotus via USB no problem, and it doesn't touch Google Calendar.

Our consumer product will sync via USB only. However, we will also be releasing a corporate version which will have full push support for email, calendar, contacts, tasks and notes :D

We are looking to release the first incarnation of our software in a week, not too long now!

I?ve been trying your demo version on my htc hero and synchronise it with my outlook files. It works brill. Thanks for the info.

Hi Android X - You'd said in your message a couple of months ago that a release was imminent. Has the product been released yet? I'm very interested in learning more about this as I haven't found a satisfactory product out there yet for synching Notes with my MyTouch Android phone.

Thanks!

Try this: www_martinscott_c0m/struturo_nsf/ID/home
(put dots where I have underlines. I don't have 5 post yet. What do you expect, just got the phone yesterday ;)

I just installed it and BANG!! started getting my Lotus Notes email sent to my gmail account.

I'm also using CompanionLink for the calendar/contacts, so looks like will need both programs for full sync, but hey, it's on a Droid X now. :D

One other thing you might want to know, your laptop does not have to be on for this to work. It's pretty cool and will cost $59, but in my case it will be worth. Does have a 30 fully functional trial, so what have you got to lose.
Simple setup also but you might need to look at the FAQ page, but everything was answered for me.

I recommend right now, later I may even highly recommend. Time will tell.

I'd be interested in something like that. What is the cost?
