Sync Music WITHOUT "the cloud"

I currently have a Galaxy S3 with a 64gb SD card, Sony Android powered Walkman, and soon to add a Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition (soon to have a 64 SD card with it too). I'm looking to sync my music among all 3 devices, preferably over wi-fi if possible, without the need of any sort of cloud service. Any sort of app that might fit the bill here or some other method of achieving this?

Well, you have to have your original files stored somewhere, right? The following app/solution will let you sync files from a PC or network drive or another Android device to all your Android devices.

The app is called FolderSync (https://forums.androidcentral.com/e....tacit.android.foldersync.full&token=0Ex14HgV) and even though its description highlights its cloud functionality, you can easily connect to a local PC or network device.

This is how I use it. I have language learning documents on my network drive. I have the app on my Galaxy S4 and Nexus 7. I create a sync account to my network drive document folder. Then I do "pull" syncs from my devices, where the latest files/deletions are copied to my devices. Whenever you update the main files (the ones on my network drive), you simply run sync on your devices.

I made it sound more complicated than it really is. It works very well!

Let's say I want to make the walkman the original source and whatever changes I make in it (additional or deletions) I want those to happen when I run the sync on my phone and tablet. How would I set that up.
