Sync Problems with Microsoft Exchange?

Good day, I have a Galaxy S5 Neo. I had it synced with my work email no problem (through Exchange Server). In the last few days, I've noticed a few thing: emails read on my desktop do not indicate as read on my device; or, emails read & deleted from my desktop still appear as unread on my Samsung. The other thing, suddenly my text messages are also appearing on my email. ?? Wassup?

Microsoft is aware of the issue and the engineers are working on a fix. We just have to sit and wait now.

Looks like the sync is back & working as it should. I'm still getting my text messages on my email. ??
