sync s4 calendar to outlook 2010 calendar

I can not get the s4 calendar and contacts to sync with outlook 2010.

Update both the S4, and the Kies with Kies 3.
Make your primary email as the Outlook. If there are more Email/Contact options, make sure the data folder you need to sync is the primary, and default one.
Connect Kies 3. Choose options of Outlook folders for contacts, calendar and tasks.
Hit the Sync button, and you shall be happy.

How do you manage this when no one else seems to be able to do this with the new Kies 3? Where did you get a new updated version of Kies 3 and what is it's version reference?

It's an awesome, FREE, Outlook replacement solution. I highly recommend it.
