I am having a issue with syncing to my mac or my PC. Keep getting this messageuploadfromtaptalk1355675697238.jpg

I have changed settings and no luck. Mainly trying to load a movie and but may not have it converted to MP4 IS this necessary. Thanks

Yes I have installed the latest version. HTC sync manager connects. A short while later this appears.

Maybe go to device manager find the usb port that has your phone. Right click and uninstall drivers disconnect then reconnect the phone and let it setup the drivers again
