Synch contacts between Note 3 & Outlook over USB?

I have an SM-N9004 with Android 4.3 on Australia's Telstra network.
My work requires me to keep contact info on my clients who I either contact via phone or text on my Note 3, or via email using Outlook on my Windows 7 PC.
When I had my Note 2 and Windows XP PC, I used to synch my contacts between them using Samsung's inbuilt app (can't remember what it's called) but after a software update it wouldn't work properly.

I'm thinking back to the days when my old Blackberry had an easy to use synching system - connect the phone to a PC via USB and synching was fast & simple.
Does anyone know an app that allows synching of contacts between my Note 3 & Outlook on my PC, using a USB cable only? (I currently have internet disabled on my phone to keep costs down).

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks, just tried Kies3, seems to backup and synch OK.

When synching contacts via Kies I've been having trouble with the Synch button not responding.
I finally found the problem - when I minimised the page a dialogue box asking for the Outlook folder was uncovered, after fixing this it went OK.
