Synching issues all of a sudden

Just started having syncing issue with work email (exchange) and Google not syncing. Keeps trying too but gives pop-up that there is syncing problems and will be back up shortly. Its been three days. I have done a hard reboot, PRL - Profile - Firmware updates but nothing. Its draining my battery within an hour. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, had to delete the account all together. Re-established it and seems to be working. Google had just one area that was not syncing but this time when I clicked on it there was no pop-up box and it synced. Never had that happen with this phone which I have had since launch day. Recharging battery now, will check that after full charge.
