Synchronization of contacts from the google account to Galaxy S6 is not working.

I made update of some software applications on my Samsung Galaxy S6. Something has gone wrong because the phone was rebooting many times for over an hour. I reebooted it manually and than I realized my contacts disappeared. Now I try to synchronize contacts from my google account but it is not working from standard synchronization of the google account. I also exported all contacts to vcf file but Galaxy can't import it to My Contacts. What can I do to import / synchronize contacts with google account?

Welcome to Android Central! Can you give us more details of what kind of update you did before this all started happening? Was it a system update? If so, was it an official update pushed over the air, or did you manually install a firmware file?

It was stack of 28 applications updates suggested by the system and it was updated through the command update all.
But it wasn't system update, only applications.
I don't know which applications was updated.
