syncing ASUS Memo Pad 10 tablet and Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD phone

When I first got my tablet it synced all my apps that I have on my phone onto my tablet. All me emails sync up but how do I get it to sync all the new apps again? It's annoying to have to put calendar appointments in both my phone and tablet. Same as every app I download on my phone. I seem to be doing double duty constantly. It did it once but never again. Please help. Thank you in advance.
