Syncing Itunes playlists with Galaxy S4

I have used Kies, ISyncr, and several others. But I cannot find one that can easily sync my playlists consistently. If anyone knows of the best program for PC let me know?

It'd be helpful if you listed all of the apps you've tried, so that we don't suggest something that hasn't worked for you.
