Syncing Music with Bluetooth Audio in Car with Droid X

Does anyone know how to use the X to play music using Bluetooth? I have a 2012 Mazda3 if that helps. I'm new to this forum and the car. Also, if anyone knows how to sync phone contacts to the audio, I would appreciate help with that as well. The owner's manual wasn't very helpful.

To play through Bluetooth, just pair it. Then, whenever you activate the BT connection, it will start he playback from where ou left off on the Droid's built-in music player.

I do not know about contact synching.
