I used the HTC Sync and lost the majority of my outlook contacts. I know what I did wrong because earlier I ended up with duplicate contacts on the EVO after syncing and manually removed all of them.
Fortunately I still have my Blackberry with Desktop Manager so I can recover my contacts and Calendar. But I want to make sure I configure things the right way so this does not happen again.
Right now I am not on Exchange so I can use either a Google Sync or the HTC sync and I probably would prefer HTC.
I would REALLY appreciate it if someone could tell me how to do this I have only had this phone 24hrs and it is my first Android device.
