Syncing Sent Folder

My exchange server email seems to sync rapidly on my inbox, but the sent items seems to take a long time to sync. Actually I haven't figured out yet whether it only syncs when I ask it to on the sent side. This would be on email messages I sent from my desktop computer but I want to see them on the phone in case I need to reference them later on.

For instance earlier today I looked at it, and I had sent three messages this morning from my desktop. The last sent item the phone showed was from Saturday. Any ideas?

My previous phone was a BlackBerry Z10 which everyone loves to hate, but frankly, that phone worked better for these kind of issues.

Never mind, I answered this myself. You can set the sync times for each folder individually, and the sent folder was set for "manual" rather than "push."
