Syncing Sync Contacts Across Multiple Accounts w/ Android?

Is it possible to have one contact list on my Nexus One that syncs across my gmail, google apps and exchange accounts? Currently, all three accounts have separate contact lists and I would LIKE to be able to have ONE contact list on my phone that is synced across all three accounts. Anyone know how to do this or if it's possible at all? Thanks.
