Syncing To My Exchange Server

One thing I love about my Pre is how easy it is to sync to my Exchange Server at my work and how it will search my global contacts/facebook contacts/etc. along with my calendar.

Will it be this easy on Android?

On my Pre it's as easy as entering my exchange webmail address, username, password and done.

I have a Pre and a Droid, both configured to connect to my work's Exchange server. Should be the same, as EVO is running Android 2.1, same as the Droid.

For the best experience you might want to try out TouchDown, it is definitely an enterprise level app if you want more power!!!

Depends on your device. The stock email app on my Droid works for Exchange but doesn't really have all the features I wanted so I'm using Touchdown.

Different devices may come with different apps. The HTC Work Email app is a popular and free Exchange client.

On my Pre it's as easy as entering my exchange webmail address, username, password and done.

So you only get OWA? No ActiveSync?
