Syncing with Windows Media Player

I have all my music organzied through Windows Media Player in Windows 7. I took time to make sure I had album art for all of my music. However, when I setup WMP to sync with my Inspire, all the music gets copied over but not all of the album art. I tried playing my music with the stock player as well as Winamp. Neither shows all of the album art. Is there something else I need to do to ensure the album art is synced also.

A question: I tried to sync music to my Droid using WMP. It copied things over but converted MP3 files to WMA. Not sure why. They play okay, but it seems it would be better, faster, to keep them in MP3.
