Syncing

How do I turn off auto sync on the AT&T S7 Edge? I can't find anything on it. I mean, yeah, I can go and individually select what I do and don't want to sync, but I feel like even if I have just one thing selected, my phones battery will take a huge toll nonetheless. Anyone have any suggestions?

I see a very small battery hit and I have 3 email accounts, weather, etc. all synced. I do not use social media though, FB, FB Messenger are large users of power. You can turn off wifi and mobile data, that will stop all syncing.

Pull down the notification bar twice to see all the available toggles. You may need to scroll to the left to see the master sync toggle.
