syncs contacts with out loss of picture quality

I need to sync my contacs at work, we have a 100 sony xperia go, we need to sync contact with photo.
The problem is that everytime we sync the contact the photo gets compress so much that the picture looks terrible.
We need a fast sufficient way to sync all 100 unites, so the contact photo dont gets compressed to a unreconize photo.

Any ideas would be helpfull, thx.
