System Data + Apps after flashing new ROM

I recently had problems with CM 10.1.2 on my Nexus 4 because I attempted to restore system data coming from stock Android 4.3 to CM 10.1.2. Then someone told me to not restore system data because that will cause problems. So I didn;t and everything went well. Now I just have a question. I downloaded all of the Google Apps only offered on the Play Store and then there are still some backups left in Titanium Backup. is that information important? (See Attached screenshot) If so, how do I restore those without getting any problems?
