Hey,
So my phone is a Samsung J7 running Android 9.
Internal memory is 16GB according to specs.
Diskusage shows total space is 10GB.
Diskusage shows "system data" which is forever growing now at almost 6 GB:
November
December
March
Apps are currently using 4GB, I've trimmed everything down by
* moving all possible APKs to SD using AppMgrIII (nice batch mode)
* uninstalling unnecessary apps (as far as possible, since some stuff cannot be really uninstalled, but at least updates are uninstalled which frees space)
* disabled automatic updates of stuff uninteresting to me
* making sure "app data" which can't be moved on unrooted phones remains as small as possible (like setting a maximum retention on chat apps)
So ... I dunno... how do I get rid of all that "system data" which is forever growing? Soon I can delete everything and it will just use all internal storage...
Thx,
Marki
