System Data is increasing on my android marshmallow mobile every day almost 9GB without including OS and App Data?

I have Lenovo Vibe P1 - Updated to Marshmallow

Problem:
Every day i am losing my internal storage usable memory as it is being occupied by something named System Data [Got to know using DiskUsage App], but I am not able to identify what is System Data and how to delete it. Samsung users at least have an option *#9900# to remove logcat\dump but for lenovo i don't find any options.

If anybody can suggest something except factory reset. Please help? I don't want to root my phone as it would void my warranty

As of my knowledge System Data is not part of OS data nor the App Data as it is listed out separate!!!
