System notification banner?

So I have recently just switch my Truecaller messaging app to my Samsung messaging app to get myself out of a group text. I go back and I make Truecaller my default messaging app and now I'm getting system Banner notifications on top every time somebody textd me and it totally overwrites or overshadows the banner that I'm supposed to be getting. How do I fix this? It seems like the system, somebody had just wrote me as I'm writing this post and it says Truecaller on the left followed by who had texted me rather than showing me the sender in the individual text as the text roll in. It is a small white box on top of my huge Banner. It is getting annoying
