System ringtones

So this once was able to happen. I used to put ringtones into one folded on my sd and they would enter my list of system ringtones. Now even when I delete the ringtones they are still there and play nothing.... Just silence. How did this happen I cant get them in there anymore. And I cant remove them?

Try these two,,,one try unmounting the card and then mounting. if that doesnt work copy all sd card files to ur pc and re format the card.

OR ... just plug in your X with the USB mode active, open as if a flash drive, search the SD card folders (ex: Media>ringtones or wherever you have them stored) on your computer, delete those you don't want from the computer. Should take care of it.
