System UI crashes after updating to 4.1.2

I just updated to 4.1.2 last night and now I am constantly bombarded with messages about System UI crashing. I have pretty much tried everything I could find but none of those fixes seem to work for me. I have also factory reset my phone about 4 times now through recovery mode but am still having this issue. Not sure what else I can do but I'd appreciate any suggestions.

I know this sucks but I would try a completely new install of everything. .there is chance one of the apps may have a problem with 4.1.2....
All else fails warranty thru att if your still in warranty. ..
