System UI on s7 nougat?

So i finally received the update for the new android 7.0. My mobile data setting does not show up in the notification panel so i found out i need to unlock the System UI. I have a metroPCS Galaxy s7. How do i do it (i have tried to hold on the setting button waiting for it to unlock it..... doesnt work xD)

You cannot unlock the System UI Tuner on the S7.

Some carriers do not have the mobile data quick settings button. Did you edit the quick settings panel to see if it could be added?
