Anybody know how to access secret system ui menu on lg g4 I cannot do it.

Are you looking for Access Lock?

Perhaps you can tell us what secret menu you're looking for. Do you mean the System UI Tuner in Marshmallow?

Yes that's the one I forgot what it's called. System u I tuner is what I can't do on my lg g4

First, can you confirm your G4 has Marshmallow? The Tuner is a Marshmallow feature.

I have marshmallow but the steps they ask me to do does not work.

Have you turned off animations in the Settings>Developer Options ​menu? If so, turn them back on. This can prevent the ability to access the Tuner.

No the animations are all on they are set at 5x on all of them

As far as I know, the System UI Tuner is a stock Android feature that isn't necessarily implemented on non-Nexus smartphones. The G4 has it's own version of the quick settings shade (the row of buttons at the top of the notification shade), which you can edit when you scroll all the way to the right. You can also enable / disable the volume and brightness sliders in there.

LG's G4 Marshmallow page is probably the best source of information about what's new and changed from Lollipop.
