System UIDs Inconsistent

finally got the lollipop update but once it was done i get
System UIDs Inconsistent with a i feel lucky button seems to turn the phone crazy and nout works even after re booting it twice (i am trying a factory re start at moment but has anyone else had this and know what causes this

Over the air update? Bring it to your carrier and ask them to please fix or replace the phone. (Their update broke it so they're legally responsible for giving you back a working phone.)

Update that you downloaded yourself? Make sure you're downloading the update for that model G3, for that carrier, and that the MD5 or SHA1 of the file you download matches the one on the download site. Then reflash it.

the lollipop was an OTA update
but before that i rooted and then unrooted a few days back using the lg flash tool and a kdz file to match my network
and all has been fine since today after doing the OTA update

i am very new to this can you advise what the MD5 or SHA1 is
