System Update 10/19-10/20

Hi. Did anyone else get an update on their pixel 6 last night? I got one and installed it and it wasn't until today that a I saw a reddit post asking about it's validity. Just wanted to make sure it was a valid system update. I'm on verizon, if that makes a difference. Thanks.

no one has a definitive answer that's why i came here.

Are you one the quarterly release beta? there was a new beta release in that time frame.

I got a Security Update that's dated October 5th. I don't know if it's responsible for the problems, but something wiped out my Outlook Contacts list and now the Voice Dictation on Textra is completely wonky, can often only make it past one word and times out so I have to hit the button again to restart it.
