System Update - 3.31.654.2?

I know because I looked at the system apps and also found my battery last much longer

Try looking in system-vendor folder, thats where its located on my phone.
It does not show up under system-apps folder.
I am currently not having any problems with ItsOn so it could be disabled but it is still there.

I see it on my phone. Was just updated and now running ART, seems smoother than before, hope they figured it out for good.
