I'm installing it now. I hope the camera and WiFi patches are good.

Okay. This update has fix several issues with my phone. The wifi is now more responsive and the camera is considerably more responsive.

One bad thing is now I can no longer uninstall ATT bloatware, which the update puts back in after I deleted it.
