system update

I just did the system update for my fascinate, and I cannot open my camera. When I click on the camera icon, the camera opens up, but just says "please wait" like it's trying to load, but doesn't complete? Any suggestions?

Also, when I purchased the phone, the Verizon Guy I'm the store set up my gmail account but never tld me the password. So, if I have to reset my phone, I wont be able to sign in to recover my contacts. If I create another gmail, am I able to somehow transfer everything to that gmail acct?

A very large number of us had the same issue when the Froyo update came across. The only solution is to backup all of your apps and do a complete factory restore. Then you will need to reinstall the apps. Also make sure that you let the backup assistant for Verizon upload your contacts to Verizon first.
