"System Updates" grayed out?

Hey,

Does anyone know why my "System Updates" option is grayed out under system settings? It doesn't even allow me to check for updates because it doesn't allow me to press the button. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

EDIT: Oh and by the way, I'm on the extended network and have been using WiFi all day to try and run the update.

You sure its not in a download query? Have you tried a battery pull?

I think thats why ,,,because your on extended network I think that was posted earlier today by another person

So even if I use WiFi while on the Extended Network it won't work? Hmm, I guess I'll try driving to a covered area and see if it works. Thanks for the help!
