My wife had a huge data problem yesterday. She has an s4 with t mobile. She usually uses .75 gigs a month and yesterday she got a data usage warning 2 days after our cycle started. It says the phone used .973 gigs yesterday alone and the internet app was the culprit. I know shutting off data would be a solution when its not used, but this is the first time this has happened since we switched to t mo last oct. My assumtion is she went to a site that was just refreshing all day. Has anyone ever experienced a gross amount of data used without doing it themselves?
