Does the T-Mobile version have all the LTE bands outside of the US like in Asia and Europe?

There are two versions, one for Asia and China, one for Europe and the US. The differences are (the bands in the columns are for that version and don't appear in the other version):

So the TMobile version (the Europe/US version) is missing band 66, and the Asia/China version is missing bands 30, 32, 46 and 71.
