Just saw this pop up on my G3 as well. Came here to since I'm too impatient to wait for it to install. Guess it's not Lollipop - that sucks - back to the waiting game.

That looks like the 10r update from December 2nd 2014.

I got the same update a couple nights ago, my G3 was one of the few phones that had a slight lag just about everywhere. After update it seems to have gone away. Couldn't notice any other changes tho
