I literally JUST came back from BB about an hour ago. Tried to convince them so I could get it now without waiting, but they didn't budge. Since the discount is after a promo code and not the listed price. But YMMV by location.
Fine with me... after playing with it all day... I can wait till Tuesday and order from T-Mobile.

Mine also is still good, but oddly T-Mo just called me. Now, consider that I had ordered the Note 3 just about 1.5 weeks ago, just got it yesterday. So here on the thread you can see I ordered the Gear on what, the 4th, and got that amazing discount before they fixed their form (which I assume was the issue). The call ... just to confirm I was the one who ordered the Gear. Had me scratching my head ... wait, my Note 3 cost more than 3x that and you're calling me to check on whether the Gear was a valid order of mine? I'm not getting that one; perhaps I'm being dense. I fully expected them to cancel the order due to the price I got, but nope, just checking to make sure it was me that requested it.
I even asked the Rep why? Why not call me on the Note 3? They didn't know why they had to make the call, they were just told to make the call.
Point is, so far, my order still stands as is. I'm hoping I get a shipped notice in a couple days.

My order shows an estimated delivery date of 10/10 .... but it also shows Backordered.

Mine shows the same and has since I placed the order. I won't bank on anything until I see a ship notice. Oddly, the ship notice from T-Mo for my Note 3 came a day after it had shipped; I got notified by UPS before I got notice from them. Go figure.
So, my order just got cancelled today. I went in and tried the discount code and it said the order wasn't eligible for that discount. Now I want to know if anyone who ordered with the discount code actually got theirs cancelled as well.
