T-Mobile Galaxy S3 - Ebay app mobile cannot connect to server

I've been having this problem for ONE MONTH or more. What is really going on? I'm in Colorado. That's the message I get: "cannot connect to server." ebay app worked fine for months on this phone. I need it for income. Seriously vexed!!!
Also, my phone is Samsung blaze t-mobile I don't see a category for it here.
