t mobile galaxy s4 missing notification panel icons. mobile data and wifi hotspot

I bought the t mobile s4 and im missing two icons. The data one is what I realy need. And im annoyed of going to settings everytime. I was wondering is there anyway to get them. Or reset to like factory settings? Thanks

probably the only way to fix this is by rooting the phone. otherwise, thats just how the carrier decided they wanted it
