I saw on instagram a picture of a poster saying HTC one available April 19 and a t-mobile logo on the bottomn

I would not put much stock into what a store manager says. Some AT&T stores have the HTC One in stock already. Rumors ... who needs 'em. I preordered the HTC One and it will be shipped on the 18th ... but thats from Sprint.

So what about the people who preordered from select online stores, htc or bestbuy? They have a released date of the 19th I thought.

A lot of those stores have back pedaled. HTC's direct preorder (serviced by LetsTalk) was taken down, and orders that were placed before the takedown now show unknown availability. Best Buy also took down their links to their preorder for T-Mobile. At first I thought it was because they sold out already, but the HTC guy I talked to on Friday said that they shouldn't have been preordering in the first place and that the only devices that had sold out at the time were the unlocked and developer versions. I think if you snuck in an order before they stopped taking them, as I did, the order will just stay in the system until an actual shipping date gets chosen.

qucik question do t-mobile new plans slow you down to 2g speeds after you pass a limit? Also do t-mobile classic plans(which you can get through third party retail stores) slow down once you pass a certain limit?

Both old and new slow you down after the limit, with one exception; the new unlimited plan supposedly does not slow down. It is also the only one that does not support tethering (at all). The new limited plans all include tethering.

Heard from a tmobile manager that tmobile has a agreement with apple not to pre-sale or do any major advertising on any other device other than iPhone for a limited time , it was part of the agreement to bring iPhone to tmobile. He did not comment on htc one. I don't know how much truth there is to that.
