T-Mobile HTC One update

Same problem here after the new update? Anyone have an idea add to what happened? I personally think HDR is something that shouldn't be removed from a camera, even though I don't use it as often...

Looks like hdr mode for still pics is gone. But lte seems to be reported better. I'm getting same great speeds but my signal is being reported higher aka more bars.

Same experience here. Improved LTE signal at the expense of HDR mode. Any guesses as to why? I was just using the HDR mode an hour or so before accepting the update. :-\

Very odd they took it away... Don't see a reason as to why. Maybe they didn't mean to?

I use hdr a lot. Hopefully this is fixed quickly. I did check and video hdr is still available. I'm assuming this wasn't supposed to happen.

That update is wierd. I'm on the "3" network in the Uk and my update was almost 500mb in size and I still have the HDR mode after the update. I've just been talking about this in another thread and here is my software version.

I wonder why T Mobile removed the HDR mode. Seems a bit crazy to me.

*Edit*

and here is a pic of the HDR mode still active.

In the topic of HDR - does anyone else find the stock HDR rather disappointing? The pictures are extremely overblown in the daylight. I was hoping for more with the HDR mode.

Well, never mind, I guess. When I discovered that video streamed via Plex also wouldn't play, I rebooted the phone, and now everything plays. Sigh.

Those proud owners of the T-Mobile HTC One S should have an update arriving for their device starting today. If you?ve not received it yet, it?ll be showing up soon. Today T-Mobile has yet again detailed the upcoming update over on their support forums, and mention you?ll be getting upgraded to Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich ? no Jelly Bean just yet.
The update will bring users to Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich Dynam
, as well as the new Sense UI 4.1 we?ve seen others receive. The update is bringing a huge host of fixes and changes for the better. Some include WiFi tweaks and improvements, better signal, better data connection, problems with links in emails have been resolved and more. Many don?t have these problems but for those who do, this is good news.

Here's the application update to get HDR back.

Wrong forum. This is the HTC One. Not One S.
