Did, but I just got a call about hour ago, they found my jump was connected to a different phone and I only have one phone. Something internally. Said it will work go tonight and gave me a $50 credit on my bill and he is going to call me tomorrow to make sure it work

Who did you speak with? I just checked my account. It says I am eligible however I still can't view EIP details. Looks like its time to call them back. This is getting really annoying now.

Well it worked and I have a brand new sony xperia z1s and loving it!!! This thing is so smooth. And the screen is tremendous.

Thanks man I called in last night and they said as per the ticket it wasn't resolved yet so the lady checked anyway and she was able to do it so she called the local store and so were they! Drove down there only to find out they sold the last two nexus 5's that they were supposedly holding for me. Had to end up driving another 20 minutes to get the phones at another store.
 
You sure can say that again. I sat in the store for an hour half. Figured I waited 8 days and I wasn't going to leave without my new phone.

I got a 50 buck credit on my account and the manager gave me a free zagg screen protector too. So bug them and make them fell lousy? It is uncalled for.
