To my knowledge rollout is still by MEID or such, the Framework thing fixes when a phone should definitely have been updated already.

I got it at 5 a.m. on 5/7/14. I don't see a big change looks wise but I am pissed off at my battery draining very fast. I've had to charge my phone 3x between the update and now. smfh

Try clearing the cache first. And I am assuming you checked what the top battery eaters were post-update? Worst case you'll need to backup and do a factory restore, teething troubles after update are a common gripe.

And...I hate to ask...is this definitely 4.4.2 then?

I just finally got mine to update during the Google framework trick so I can confirm that it works
