I did mine through PC Suite cause I didn't have the OTA on release date.. I like it, but I can't figure out how to remove QSlide from the top and how to get my battery not to drain so much.

Tap QSlide icon in notification shade it should disappear

It's much faster LG apps that were able to be uninstalled like dictionary, file manager etc. now can't be uninstalled at all only can be disabled battery drains faster than before things are grouped slightly different in settings not much of a big difference from jellybean they should've refined it more before releasing but ppl complain about having updates asap

For everyone waiting, clear your Google services framework under all apps and then check for the update. Worked for me . now I'm debating on if I want to install after seeing this battery drain issue

I'll give it a try later today.

Clear cache or data? Clearing my cache didn't work for me, and I was concerned about messing something up by clearing the data. Thanks

It didn't work for me...I'll wait for OTA to get to me.

Clear data. It won't do anything o did it three times. Only thing it changed was location service which shortly after you clear it it asks if you want to enable it so nothing is lost. try it a couple of times

I did that, 2 times, and KitKat started downloading...and it installed without any problem.

Thanks for your help dude :D
